Natterhub to showcase innovative new integration with Microsoft Teams at Bett UK

Natterhub, the online safety platform that prepares children to thrive online, is delighted to announce its return to Bett UK 2022 as it showcases its exciting new partnership with Microsoft Teams.

Natterhub are inviting visitors along to stand NG60 for a demonstration of their new capability, which allows teachers to assign Natterhub animated online safety lessons as part of a class assignment in Microsoft Teams. They can also be found at the Microsoft Education stand NC43, where they'll be discussing how Natterhub's innovative pedagogical approach through Teams, can foster digital wellbeing.

Supporting those who teach and nurturing digital citizenship

Natterhub is a fun and engaging experiential learning platform, that teaches children aged 5-11 about online safety and positive screen behaviours. Designed to look and feel just like social media, it includes an extensive library of 350+ interactive lessons, quizzes, assignments and activities, all aligned to the DfE National Curriculum, Scottish Curriculum for Excellence and UKCIS 'Education for a Connected World' framework. You'll also find a wealth of time-saving tools to help teachers with planning, assessment, resources and more.

Natterhub will be exhibiting alongside leading online educational publisher Twinkl, who have been involved with Natterhub since its launch during the COVID-19 pandemic, through TwinklHive's business accelerator programme of investment and support.

Like Natterhub, Twinkl supports those who teach and is committed to transforming people's lives through education. With its extensive collection of over 525,000 teacher-made resources, it provides schemes of work, lesson planning and assessments right through to online educational games, augmented reality and more. Twinkl are thrilled to be joining forces with Natterhub at Bett UK this year, where they'll be showcasing their online teaching resources, new partnerships with Netflix, BBC Teach and Harry Potter to name a few, and revealing how they can support the global teaching community in 2022.

Creating the future of learning in a digital age

Natterhub's exciting new integration with Microsoft Teams is a progressive next step in the development of online learning and is a great example of the Bett 2022 global theme 'Create the Future' in action. The pandemic has shown us that creativity is crucial to the future of learning, and Natterhub and Twinkl are both passionate about finding innovative new ways to support educators and children in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Natterhub CEO Manjit Sareen said, “Being an online safety program that integrates with Microsoft Teams for education is an incredible opportunity for us. We are passionate about educating as many students as possible around the digital space before they use the internet independently.”

Co-Founder and educator Caroline Allams added, “It’s critical that children are taught digital soft skills because where there’s technology, there is online vulnerability. We're delighted to be able to talk to teachers face-to-face at Bett UK this year, and demonstrate how Natterhub, and its partnership with Microsoft Teams, can teach children to be safe and kind digital citizens.”

To find out more, come along to stand NG60 to chat to Natterhub and Twinkl about how they can support your teaching.
