Manjit Sareen

Co-founder & CEO

Manjit Sareen is Natterhub’s co-founder and CEO. She’s an ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic entrepreneur who built a multi-million-pound global portfolio from scratch. She currently holds numerous director positions and advisory roles at companies including the Renewable Energy Agency.

Manjit took a back seat in the renewable energy business to raise two boys, but once they started school she started looking for a new venture that could make a difference to the world. Inspired by Caroline Allam’s mission to prepare children to thrive online, Manjit came on board as CEO of the company, where she now shapes and leads the company’s commercial and strategic development.

In 2016 she acquired Natterhub’s sister company,  The Pedagogs, a multi-award-winning educational brand supplying over 50% of UK primary schools with motivational products for pupils.

Manjit’s greatest achievement came in April 2020, with the launch of Natterhub. The company’s original plan was to launch in September, but as teachers and children were forced to move to a blended learning model, Manjit and Caroline made the decision to launch early.

The platform was made ready in a matter of weeks, giving children all across the world a place where they could stay connected to their peers and learn valuable lessons about online safety and digital literacy.

She also successfully secured an investment of over £1 million in cash and services from leading global education publishing company Twinkl, and being the first company to join TwinklHive.

Manjit is always looking to train her body and her mind: she’s an NLP coach, Reiki Master and recently completed a course at the Mindfulness Centre at the University of Oxford.
